Created by shipowners, for the shipping community. A simple idea that grew into something worth keeping.
The only thing we could think of was a large event where we all get together and pay the bar bill.
How It Started
The Idea
A group of like-minded professionals at shipowning entities in the Gulf wanted to show that shipowners in this region all work together to help each other and get the job done.
Offshore First
Starting with offshore shipowners, the first events brought together people who already worked alongside each other but rarely had the chance to connect properly.
The Community Grew
Word spread. The appetite for honest, relaxed conversation turned out to be far bigger than any one sector. Brokers, lawyers, insurers, and financiers started asking how to get involved.
What's Next
The community now spans the wider shipping and maritime world, and we soon expect that reach to extend internationally.
